$1,500 Double Occupancy per adult (minimum of 2 full fare adults in the room, otherwise the single supplement will apply) with up to two children, under 18, in the same room at no additional charge. Additional children pay 1/2 price. (For example, if 2 parents are going on the trip and bringing 2 children for free, the parents are paying the double occupancy rate)
$1,900 Single (For single adults willing to room with another single traveler they may pay the Double Occupancy rate and we will room them with another passenger of the same gender on your trip.)

- A Pro Catholic Tours Representative on each bus for the entire trip to assist passengers. In Philadelphia, there will be six Pro Catholic Tours Representatives to help.
- A paperback copy of the preparatory Catechesis book, Love is Our Mission: The Family Fully Alive, for each household.
- Bus, hotel, and entire event, handicapped accessible.
- Taxi and wheelchair is provided gratis for those passengers who cannot physically complete a Pilgrimage activity. But a traveling companion must push the wheelchair throughout the trip.
- Transportation on a luxury bus with Wi-Fi and electrical outlets in every row.
- Pick-up and drop-off at any location(s) to be determined.
- All entrance fees, taxes, tips, parking fees, tolls.
- Two licensed tour guides from Pro Catholic Tours.
- Tour guide headsets.
- Luggage handling. Please pack light, keep all valuables and medications with you on the bus (not stowed below with the luggage).

- $500 deposit per person payable at registration. Balance is due no later than May 21, 2015. For registrations after May 21, 2015 the full amount is due immediately. We accept payment by credit card, personal check, bank check, or money order.
Trip Itinerary
Monday, September 21, 2015: Meet at the Anderson's store in Maumee at 7:30 am for an 8:30 am departure (2 buses) or meet at the Ohio Turnpike exit, Freemont at 8:00 am for a 9:00 am departure (1 bus). Enjoy the ride aboard our luxury, charter buses with wi-fi and power outlets in every row will transport participants to the hotel, stopping for meals and breaks along the way. Upon arrival, we will check into the Hilton Wilmington Christiana, the hotel in which we will stay for the week. Pro Catholic Tours (PCT) Representatives will be available to assist travelers.
Tuesday, September 22, 2015: Our buses will depart for the convention center at 10:00 am. PCT Representatives will be available to assist participants with check-in to the convention. Lunch will be on your own in the area of the convention center. The World Meeting of Families runs from 1:00 until 6:00 pm. At 6:00 the Bishop will have dinner with Diocesan Mentors and Staff. Other participants may stay in the area of the hotel for dinner or choose to take a sightseeing excursion of Historical Philadelphia (Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, betsy Ross Home, Old St. Mary and Old St. Joseph Churches). Notify the PCT Staff on your bus in the morning if you plan to go sight seeing.
Wednesday, September 23, 2015: Optional Mass celebrated by Bishop Thomas at the Shrine of St. John Neumann, bus departs the hotel at 7:00 am. At 9:00 am there will be bus transportation from the hotel to the convention center for those who did not choose to attend Mass. At the conclusion of the day’s events around 6:00pm, travelers will have the option of an evening on their own at the hotel or attening a light supper and Vespers service at Holy Family Parish. Notify the PCT Staff on your bus in the morning of your plans for the evening.
Thursday, September 24, 2015: Optional Mass celebrated by Bishop Thomas at the Miraculous Medal Shrine, bus departs the hotel at 6:30 am. At 9:00 am there will be bus transportation from the hotel to the convention center for those who did not choose to attend Mass. At the conclusion of the day’s events around 6:00pm, travelers will have the option of an evening on their own at the hotel or taking a sightseeing excursion to the Vatican Splendor Exhibit, Museums, and Cathedral (there is an extra charge for the Vatican Splendor Exhibit). Notify the PCT Staff on your bus in the morning of your plans for the evening. The 5-day travelers will arrive this evening, Bishop Thomas will be on hand to welcome them to Philadelphia.
Friday, September 25, 2015: Bus transportation between the hotel and the convention center will be provided at 7:00 amd and 8:30 am for the conclusion of the conference. At 2:00 pm there will be some sightseeing opportunites, specifics will be announced on your morning bus ride into the city. You may also return to the hotel for the afternoon instead of joining on the sightseeing. From 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm there will be an optional excursion to Longwood Gardens for Scholarship families and Mentors. Other guest may join them, (there is an extra charge for this) you must pre-register with the Diocese for this event.
Saturday, September 26, 2015 Buses will depart in the morning at 7:00 am and 9:00 am to provide transportation between the hotel and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway where the Festival of Families, an intercultural celebration of family life around the world, will be held. The Benjamin Franklin Parkway stretches from Logan Circle to the Philadelphia Museum of Art. In the area are the "Rocky Steps" and statue, the Joan of Arc statue, as well as many other attractions and restaurants. The Holy Father, Pope Francis, will arrive at 7:30 pm. Buses will provide return transportation to the hotel at the conclusion of the scheduled activities for the Festival of Families around 10:00 pm.
Sunday, September 27, 2015: Buses will depart at 7:00 in the morning to provide transportation back to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway for the Papal Mass. The Mas will begin at 4:00 pm. There will be food vendors and restaurants in the area for meals. Buses will depart from the area at the conclusion of the Mass to return to the hotel.
Monday, September 28, 2015: We will have breakfast and check-out of the hotel in time for an 8:00 departure back to Ohio. We will make stops for meals and breaks along the way and all passengers will be returned to their original pick-up point.
